Defective item
Defective item. Although it should have different settings and levels of vibration, it does not. It’s only one and it’s aggressive. I attempted a return a month ago, but the seller has been purposely delaying the pick up and gives no instructions.

Not really a good purchase and think this machine is broken
Most Buttons from Remote control were not working.And no matter how you choose, the workout only starting with default 15 mins, High speed. And not even 5 mins of turning on machine, the smell of wire got out.

Powerful and effective.
Great machine. Feeling a reduction in pain and better ease of movement in just a few sessions. Was easy to set up and use. I really like the rollers on the side to help move it without having to pick it up completely.

Good value, feels worthwhile
Very good, I like that you can spend 10 min a day using it and still get some worthwhile exercises done in that small amount of time. There are different modes so you're not always using the same intensity and speed etc. mine didn't come with a remote as I bought a used, very good one for a bit of money off, but I was able to order a remote from eBay which works fine. I could be using them incorrectly but the attached resistance bands aren't very good, they don't seem to do a lot for me. But I bought a ten dollar set on Amazon and have been using those
