Perfect for a “granny” theme night! A little more poofy than the stock photos, I had to brush it down throughout the night but otherwise I loved it!

I recently got the Bettecos Old Lady Wig Costume Set, and it was a hit! The wig fits perfectly and stays in place, even with hours of use. The style instantly transforms you into a believable "old lady" without looking too over-the-top. The material feels surprisingly soft and natural, not at all scratchy like some costume wigs. It also comes with great accessories that really complete the look! I initially wasn’t sure if it was going to work for me, but after trying it on, I have to say I could wear it all day. I was in a play where I needed a hair do that looked more 1950’s. This wig and accessories worked great! It was pretty easy to style. The only thing I didn’t like was it was hot when wearing it! I’ve never worn a wig before and didn’t know what to expect.

The only gray wig I could find on Amazon that was big enough to fit my hair under it while reaching to cover my hairline. Every other wig I tried was far too small, and I don’t have an unusually large head. I think others just don't have space to tuck your own hair under them - this one does though! The only downside is that the fake hair is quite difficult to work with if you need to put it in a different hairdo - a brush immediately just gets stuck in it, so the best I could use was a wide tooth comb. A hairdryer doesn’t do much to it, and same with a curling iron (since the hair wouldn’t move smoothly through anything. Eventually I used a straightener and TONS of hairspray to try to shape it right. I also had to trim the back so it looked like short hair instead of too long in the back. Still, it broadly did the job for my costume!

Much better quality than I had expected.Also came with glasses,beads etc.Really good value.

Loved this wig for my Mrs Doubtfire costume.

I bought it for a Margret Thatcher fancy dress outfit - had to modify it to achieve the ‘iron lady’ effect but I think it worked. It’s really not bad quality for an inexpensive wig
