Why did you pick this product vs others?: My unit ia 23 SEER which is better than most. Air quality: Works fantastic. Helps me sleep at night by keeping my bedroom cold without having to cool the whole house so cold. Saves a lot on my electric bill. Build quality: Excellent and was easy to self install. Cooling ability: Cold, cold, cold! Love it. Remote control: Remote could be better. The display is too small for poor old eyes. The all on my phone is much better to control it but it occasionally gets unpaired and is difficult to reconnect. Also could use controls on the unit so you can still operate it if the remote breaks or is lost. Noise level: Is extremely quiet!

I have an apartment in a shop where I stay overnight sometimes. I added this mini split to the bedroom area. The bulk of the shop has central A/C but I didn't want to keep it on when I am not there. This Della takes the place of being able to keep it on economically and remove humidity. I calculated that (in Florida) it costs me $23 per month to run and it stays on all the time in dehumidify mode. It is very quiet (when in Cool Mode) and the separate swinging air feature (left-right and up/down) is great. I took off 1 star because its lost its Wi-Fi connection twice since new. Not to bad to reconnect but without it I cant drop the temp when I am planning on visiting in advance or switch to heat if needed. I would buy it again. UPDATE Jan 2026 - now in use for 1.5 yrs Still a great split system for my needs WiFi connectivity continues to be a issue and it can be expected to drop remote access about monthly. Simple breaker reset and 30 second pause on off and all good again. Annoying but tolerable. I would revise my original 4 stars to 3.5 because of this. It only happens when I need to drop the temp down prior to arriving but it does cool the room fast in manual mode.

I decided I did to spend the extra money on a higher seer unit, and honestly, I’m extremely impressed. I bought this primarily to use for heat and cooling in my four seasons room. I’m monitor my electricity per circuit breaker, so I can tell you without a doubt I am using 1/3 of the energy that I was running a space heater. I highly recommend this unit. The cooling power and heating power is absolutely amazing. we ended up having someone do the vacuum out of the lines and turn the refrigerant on. But overall, the install was very simple with watching YouTube videos.

This is a great unit. worth every penny. Pro install recommended.

Della+ App makes it easy to use and schedule ahead of time. Loving how it looks and it’s out of the way so room feels less cluttered. I used to have the big rolling AC units and it’s so clunky and loud. These unit are so quiet inside and out. I was concerned about the noise impacting my neighbors, but I haven’t received any due how quiet this unit are. I did buy additional accessories to cover the wires and attach it to the wall per HOA policy. I also hired someone to do the install work per the warranty policy requirement. Please note some companies prefer to oversell you mini split units and give you 1-2 years of warranty. I preferred to have lifetime warranty on the unit per this unit claim, but it made it a bit tedious to find someone who would just do the install.

We bought a bigger unit for the front of the house. It worked to keep the house cool during the summer and warm in the winter so well, my wife wanted one for our bedroom. So we bought a smaller unit for our room. We paid a professional to install the units.

I DIY'ed this unit and it's been working great. The biggest gripe I have is that the app currently has no way to delete schedules. I've scoured the entire app and even looked online. Some other reviewer mentioned it on the app review. I've reported it as a bug and have received no response.

This unit is so quiet! You can’t hear it running inside or outside! It cools my 12 x 28 building! It’s perfect! I’m very pleased with this purchase! I-have already recommended to others!
