Kosher Salt Flakes - Full Flavor, No Additives & Less Sodium - Pure & Natural Since 1800 - 1 Pound Box

Diamond Crystal Kosher Salt is an absolute game-changer and a mandatory staple in my kitchen. The light, hollow flake texture is unmatched, it crumbles perfectly between your fingers, giving you incredible control over your seasoning so you never accidentally over-salt a dish. Unlike standard table salt or other kosher brands, it has no additives or anti-caking agents, leaving you with a perfectly clean, pure flavor. It dissolves beautifully in marinades, brings out the absolute best in grilled or smoked meats, and is the gold standard for everyday cooking. If you take your cooking seriously, this is the only salt you should be using. Highly recommend!

I had never used Diamond Crystal salt before, but I am now sold on it. I keep it in a wooden salt cellar next to the stove, and it has become my go to salt solution. The fine crystals are less salty than standard kosher salt, and it’s easy to gauge amounts without over-salting when cooking. I also have some finishing salts I use in other containers. I am amazed at the real differences in various types of salts in the cooking experience.

I was told by a chef that this was the salt to use for baking. I use it for my sourdough bread, cookies, cakes, whatever I’m baking that requires salt. It has not let me down yet!

Love that this is small granules. Like normal table salt but 100 times better!

This is a must have for a serious baker or cook. This is hard to find in our grocery stores, and when we do find it the price is much higher. The crystal size is superior to other brands.
