These seem to work well so far, I’ve been taking them for about 10 days and my stomach bloat has noticeably gone down. It held after I forgot to take it for several days after the first 10, about 5-7. These were recommended by my gastroenterogist doctor for acid reflex & EoE disease but I found out I am allergic to coconut🥥. So I had to get the liquid version instead. But the pills are great if you can have coconut🥥! The coconut is on the outside of the pill . They are very soft pills but they are very big!

Purchased to use as a probiotic during travel out of the country. It is so easy for your system to be ‘off’ after travel. I instantly become bloated and the change in the food can cause constipation for me. I looked at the natural ingredients and decided to purchase this instead of a laxative. The ingredients would not be too harsh on a system that was out of wack anyway. I was not disappointed. It worked. I would take them twice daily; right before breakfast and once before dinner. I was regular every day during my seven day vacation of eating food rich in dairy and sometimes fried foods and cocktails. I did not use it for energy or pain relief. So I cannot honestly review that portion. Hopefully this will work for you as well if you need relief while traveling.
