Although I ended up paying a bit more, I’m much happier with the new product. A big thank you to Bilal for his help and accommodating approach. I am unable to write a fare review about this item. After purchasing this from Amazon Dubai, I shipped it to my home country. I installed the unit in my bedroom and enjoyed the full-body message for about two weeks. I don't know what happened but it stopped working completely. At first I thought the electric outlet was not providing electric power to the unit. I removed the cable and tested the outlet with other gadgets and they all worked fine. It appears something inside the chair is defective or stopped working. Since there was no user manual or repair manual that came with the unit, It is lying dead in my bedroom. I am planning to approach someone with knowledge to help find out what went wrong and why it stopped working. In the meantime some assistance from the manufacturer however small will be appreciated

Bought this item last month and the product quality is good. The delivery was fast and they even assisted us in the installation at home. It is easy to navigate and it works well for us.

I ordered last week and we really like it. It is so relaxing and all your body pain goes away. I little get uncomfortable with the neck space but i adjust. Good service given by Bilal, he is still so responsive if need any assistance.

When I got this massage seat in my home i was very happy, but when unpacked and plugged in, there is no space for your head and your neck. In photos show the space for head message, but that is only decoration. Alao not massage shoulders and neck. You have to buy separate pillow to hold your head on massage saet. Alsi i paid around 65 dirhams for assembling. But they delivered without assembling. When massage seat in position of zire gravity it good messaging back and legs, but still there is no space to hold your head
