Works awesome! Got everything it said it comes with. Automatic turn off system sounded like a good idea, just seemed like somewhat poor execution. Turns off before wax is all the way melted/starts to harden once it automatically turns off, before I’ve gotten the chance to use it. Once you figure out the perfect setting, it works great

This is a good little set.You get a wax heater, 4 packets of wax and spatulas with it.You can turn the temperature up or down using the knob.When not in use you get a lid to keep on top of the heater for the remainder wax that. And be heated next time.Happy with this purchase, hopefully it will save me some money in the future on the procedures in the salon.

Great product, really works. I go often to get my chin and sideburns waxed which cost about $30 each time. This machine did a great job and the wax is nice. It took me a couple of times to figure out a technique but that is more user error. Def worth the investment.

This is perfect for soft wax what I currently use it for. I use it for myself and my clients.

I like it but the instruction sheet is a bit confusing.

I really like this warmer and wax kit for waxing my eyebrows and upper lip. A bag of wax beads lasts me several months with waxing about every two weeks.

Does the job. Takes a little practice if you've never done it before, but unwanted hair were out! Will keep using it.
