I have been using this powdered goat milk for my husband to use in his morning beverages. He normally combines with warm water and the prep is quite straightforward. The bag is handy to have in the kitchen cupboard and doesn’t take up a lot of room. The powder mixes together rather nicely, however we do find that a bit longer stirring helps with the texture. I can taste the goat milk flavor, my spouse is still getting accustomed to it. Sometimes he likes the flavor, other times he just prefers ordinary milk. I prefer to have a powdered alternative around for the odd drink and dish. It is simple to keep around and you don’t have to do much to prepare.
