This is a miracle in a small package! I have high porosity, very fine, low density, shoulder length hair and it was just the right amount. Folks with thicker, longer hair iight need two packets. Consistency is thin, and distributed easily. Scent was so-so, but the result was amazing, and delivered much needed protein to my complete satisfaction!

Packets are really small so if your hair goes past your shoulders I would order at least 3! But instantly felt the difference in my hair!

Very deceiving product. When you purchase these at a beauty store, they are 2 times the size. This is a sample size and they're charging for a full size use. Sample shouldn't be sold this isn't even enough to cover all of my hair.
