Sunnydaze 30-Inch 3-Tier Wood Barrel Water Fountain with Submersible Pump

After waiting more than five weeks for delivery of a similar item from a big-box home improvement store, I cancelled that and ordered this. Arrived in less than a week. Good quality materials. Assembly instructions were clear and easy to follow. Assembly was straightforward and required only a screwdriver and pliers. Fit and finish on all the parts is excellent. Seems sturdy and we anticipate it lasting many seasons assuming we take care of it properly over the coming Michigan winter. We bought it mainly for the sound. It's kind of loud (which is good) and reminds you of someone filling up a bathtub. If you are looking for a gentle trickling sound, this not the water feature for you. But it does a very nice job of masking the roar of the neighbors' central air conditioning units. The flow rate from the pump is adjustable, but it's still a vigorous stream even at the lowest setting. Overall, I'd recommend this item highly.

Got this water feature for my wife for Mother’s Day 2024, and she Loves it, barrels came packaged well, and is very easy to bolt together, 4 nuts and bolts and done, in reading some other posts about this item, I decided to paint the wooden sides and the barrel bands with Clear Flex Seal to help reduce rusting and the wood coming apart. I applied Flex seal clear with a brush on all sides and undersides. Another thing is the water pump does have a little too much pressure and causes the top barrels water to splash a bit too much, a flack rock on the top of the exit tube solves that issue. We really like the look and sound of this fountain.

We have purchased several of this type in the past. We love them and replace them when they get old. This model is really exceptional. Has a wider spout and looks great. We always have to adjust the spouts on the other ones. great product. Update in September 2019. Have had 2 for several months. The pumps on these are not as good as the pumps on previous fountains made by another manufacturer. They clog VERY easily and I have to clean them twice a week. We swapped out the pumps and W.O.W. SO much better. the flow is great, sound of the fountain is much better. I still think this model is made better and will last. But my suggestion to purchasers is get a better pump. Suggestion to the manufacturer is lose the poor producing pumps.

This has been a great indoor waterfall.. pretty much the center piece of my house. I've gone through a few pumps over the years but finally found the perfect one about six months ago. You have to maintain it and clean it out in order for it to last. I've beaten it up over the years cleaning it and have made a couple modifications to it but overall it's awesome. I also had to drill in new holes when I first bought it because the pre-drilled holes were drilled in the wrong spot and it was preventing the waterfall tubing to align correctly so you may need to consider having a drill if you buy this waterfall. I also never write reviews which is a testiment to how much I love this waterfall.. compelled enough to write about it.

The fountain looks nice but it is faulty. The metal pump spout is already rusting after just a week and a half. The fountain leaks and is causing the wood to start to split. Not worth the money!

This is a great fountain, once a few tweaks are made to it. We hooked it all up and it was leaking like crazy out of the iron handle. Basically the iron handle fills up, and then it spills out the spout. So if there’s any fittings that aren’t tight or sealed, it’ll leak. We took some silicone caulk and sealed it around the bottom. We put it back together and it started to leak out the top. So we put another bead of silicone caulk around that. It no longer leaks and works great. I also put 2 coats of Spar urethane (outdoor) to the whole thing because it barely had a finish on it and I figured this would help it last longer. We have it on our deck and it’ll be sitting in full sun all day. It’s only been working for 1 day so I can’t comment on the longevity of it but it has a very nice, peaceful sound. I hope it lasts!

This was the perfect addition to a large flowerbed in my yard. It was quick and easy to assemble, it doesn’t have to be refilled very often and adds that wonderful sound of running water :) would definitely recommend!

I love how this rose bed is coming along. The fountain is just what was needed to complete the look. We just need to change out the vinyl shutters with cedar and lay the river rock around the house. It looks fantastic and is the perfect size for this spot.

The holes didn’t line up could not put it together untill we drilled new holes ... Big crack in the front,,, broken. We had to fix that also... it looks good and sounds great. But it was made cheap.... I expect cheap stuff from Walmart not Amazon. We will keep it. It is attractive and sounds great. Pretty... my second picture shows the big crack in it.

It looks good but had some issues with assembly. Top bucket holes didn’t line up at all so we had to drill our own or the pump tubing wouldn’t go through. There is a large crack in the wood at the front but we are going with a rustic look. We also secured the fittings better as it would leak water. But with a few adaptations it’s now good and we like it.
