You need strength to keep them in, don't get discouraged if its falling out.
I went with the M++ because I assumed the lower weights weren't going to work (based off reading reviews on a ton of products). Turns out I need to start with a lower weight ๐ซข I see a lot of people saying "it doesn't work" โ because its not staying in... Its not just going to stay in. YOU have to keep it in, thats the whole point. If it stays in all its own you're not wirking your pelvic floor muscles. I'm definitely keeping this but I need to get one of the lower weight weights before I can reasonably expect to use the 83 gram weight. Start with the lower weight, re-build your strength and move up as your able. There's no difference between building pelvic floor muscle strength and strength in your arms. If you wanted to build your arms you wouldn't start with lifting 300lbs

Not Heavy Enough for Pelvic Exercises
This should be used by someone who is just starting Kegel exercises, not by someone who has had a baby. It is not heavy enough to cause resistance.
