Schlägt zwei Finnen
Messerkauf ist Ansichtssache und so habe ich mir drei Filetiermesser zur Auswahl bestellt: dieses und zwei Marttiini Marttiini Lachsmesser, ohne, 902819, Marttiini Messer Finnisches Filiermesser, preiswert, Klinge 19 cm, rostfrei, Kunststoff-Scheide 904619. Das Buck liegt hervorragend in der Hand, ist massiv und sehr gut ausbalanciert (besser als die Klappmesser-Variante: Buck Filiermesser Silver Creek, 420J2 Stahl mit, T). Die Klinge ist sehr scharf, jedoch nicht so flexibel wie ich es von meinem WMF-Küchenmesser zum Filetieren kenne. Noch ein wertfreier Hinweis: Diese Serie lässt Buck in China fertigen. Fazit: Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, klare Kaufempfehlung!

切れ味問題なくキャンプの調理フィレナイフとして十分機能しました。ブレードが薄いのでブッシュクラフトには向きません。この出品の写真は20170420時点で間違った写真で、このシリーズの長いブレードのものと取り違えてる可能性あり。刃の長さは16cmで長すぎず形に無理がない。グリップは良いが溝が深く汚れがたまりやすい。
