Great product, very effective

Very helpful to clear out nose

Arrived in perfect condition. There is some burning while tilting my head back as instructed and sometimes I get a face flush afterward but that all stops right away. I haven't tested it for effectiveness against infections since I don't get them even around people who are coughing and sneezing so I assume it works to prevent infection. I use it if I'm going out in public. I even reordered a backup in case my husband decides to try it. It has a higher percentage of Povidine Iodine than most brands on Amazon.

I grew up with iodine splashe all over my knees and elbows, whatever had gotten scraped. This nose spray actually does clear up my head congestion. I like that I can use it to help deter virus' and bacteria especially if I have to go to the pharmacy for anything. It does sting a little but it is momentary. I will update this review when I know if it is all they say it is.

I use this stuff all the time. Especially when I travel. Normally I get sinus infections twice a year and since using this I haven’t gotten sick at all. I highly recommend.

Great product felt relief almost instant.

Best nasal spray out there, and I’ve tried them all! Clears stuffy nasal passages and congestion. Knocks out a sinus congestion before an infection can set in. 10 out of 10.

Really unsure about this product’s claim to help.. I used it but couldn’t handle two pumps because it’s very “liquidy” vs a mist. Would be too difficult to administer to a child. Because of this, I noticed no benefits. It has a metallic taste but not unbearably so.
