The bright hot pink paper does bother me a bit, it's hard to read the recipe from, in fact, I'm probably not going to try. But my biggest complain would be the creases and folds on the pages. Not sure who decided that it's ok to send out a damaged booklet, it looks very used. Pretty disappointed.

Interesting recipes, but paid WAY to much. It's a little, poorly put-together - cheap. If I had paid $3 - would be perfectly satisfied - because that's what the materials are worth.

The pita recipe makes "Israeli style" pita which are excellent. The contrast between the ink and colored paper increases difficulty of reading. Recipes are fun and quirky!!! Use of weight measures for flour would have made recipes easier to use. Would buy it again.

I can't wait to try every single recipe in this book. So creative and delicious looking!!!!

Lots of info conveyed in an accessible format. Good headnotes to the recipes. E.g. what happens to meat when marinated in yogurt. Easy and good ideas to adapt.
