I am fully, completely, embarrassingly addicted to these mints. And let’s be honest: I am not one of those “give me the hottest cinnamon you’ve got” people. No. I am a cinnamon coward. A delicate flower. A person who thinks Red Hots are a threat. But THESE? These are my kryptonite. Just spicy enough to make me feel daring, not spicy enough to make me write my will. And yes — too much xylitol can send you running for the hills (or the bathroom). I read that in a book. A very educational book. Wink. Do I slow down? Absolutely not. I eat these like I’m trying to win a cinnamon‑themed endurance contest I never signed up for. My lips get warm, my tongue gets dramatic, and my lips burst into flames. Ok then I stop.
