What is the difference between these japanese ones and the pilot center of gravity ones in english?

I have not tried the gravity pencil so, just from photos, I can tell you that the gravity pencil looks like it has a metal clip while the frosted grip has a plastic clip. You would think this wouldn't be a deal-breaker but it's annoying and makes the frosted grip feel less sturdy. On that alone, I would get the gravity pencil over this specific frosted grip. Reading some reviews of the gravity pencil, it doesn't appear to be that big of a difference between it and a regular grip so you should be fine. Just avoid this specific frosted grip. It is my least favorite of the grips (I have like 5, all different) and is more for looks than to be the workhorse the grip series is intended to be.

No.It will not fall out. Make sure you use the right size lead

what is the eraser refill would you get for it?

Best mechanical pencil i’ve ever used. i bought this in 10th grade and i am now in 12th and it still works like new. the value is perfect for how good it is. it’s got some weight to it because of the metal cylinder inside which i love, i dont like super light pencils. the size is good i usually keep it in my pocket. it’s also super comfortable. when i use it i feel like i can write faster than using a regular pencil.
