Well made product. Love it. Either the shoulder strap or the handle strap, very well built. I just wish it was about 3 inches taller as it doesn't carry our water bottles easily and don't want to stretch the side pocket. But it really keeps things cold. Oh, one sad bit. The back side likes to fold down on itself, so at first its a pain to load, as the sides aren't built with a stiff plastic to hold it up. But once you get things in it, awesome.

Excellent Lunch bag...worthy every Dollar I owned my first bag like this for over four years, and honestly, I never had a single issue with it. I washed it over and over, and nothing ever happened to it. The only thing was that after about four years, the color started to fade a bit.which is normal after long use. Even then, it still looked good, and people were always asking me about it. After four years, I decided it was time to get a new one, and when I saw this version, I bought it right away. Best decision ever. My husband is a construction worker, and he takes this bag to work every single day with no regrets. His juice does not defrost, even overnight. When he packs hot food in the top compartment and cold items below, everything stays exactly how it should. The two compartments work perfectly.hot food stays hot, and cold drinks stay cold. This bag can hold up to seven bottles of water. On days he carries less, he’ll pack four bottles and a juice, add ice, leave it overnight, and the ice is still there the next day. That really impressed us. It’s strong, spacious, and perfect for work. My husband gets so many compliments, and people are always asking where we got it because they’ve never seen a lunch bag like this before. I would highly recommend this bag, and I will definitely buy it again. I’m even planning to order more because so many people ask me about it. Big up to the seller.you did a great job. It’s had a couple months of hard use now and it’s still like new. Zippers are very strong and pockets are spacious. Stays cold, straps are strong would buy again in the future

It’s A good Lunch Box, with small size, you can easily Pack water bottles, sodas, or your food. It has the top section which you can add snacks, good for the price, only thing is that it will bent. Or squeeze other than is really Good. The Quality Looks Great. Color is really nice in Black.

This lunchbox holds so much! It is just so my husband can take things and store them at work and the rest for his lunch. But to get itnall there in one lunch box is awesome! It holds 4 water bottle, a medium sized thermos, 2 powerades, 2 cans, 2 instant maruchans, several packets of drink mixes, and bento box with an apple sauce cup on top. Im pretty sure I coild fit more but that is all I needed to pack. Strap holds well and does not flip from the weight bit you need to make it bottom beavy of you do that. The insulation is thick and I've had a few great lunch boxes over the years; It seems like it is durable but I will leave another review in a week or so!

Use this every day for lunch at work. Plenty of room for two ice packs, 4 bottles of water, a bottle of tea, my lunch, and more just in the main compartment. The versatility of the expanding upper pouch is great for buns, bread, tortillas, or other foods you don't necessarily want cold. Insulated enough to keep my lunch cold till lunch. The zippered closers are easy to open and close. Cleaning the inside is easy with the flexible sides.

Very nice bag for the office and for going on trips keeps your food cold or hot whatever you need is. But I am only giving his three stars because the inner lining is very thin so if you put a fork in there it’s over.

Product is not as per images, it is a cheaper bag and has different finishing to what is advertised.
