I was shocked to see that the box was unsealed and so were the serum bottles. I just cant understand how a product advertised as a high quality hair repair serum from France was shipped with absolutely no sealed packaging for either the box or the bottles! That too for a product that cost more than 5K. I have no way of knowing if the serum is genuine or not. Disappointed in the presentation. Hope it now does what it claims it can do.

Después de 3 meses de uso si reduce la caída de cabello más no la elimina completamente, el tratamiento se debe de complementar con pastillas y shampoo. Al dejar de usarlo el cabello comienza a cortarse de nuevo.
