Elk and Friends Kids/Toddler Porcelain Bowls + Silicone Sleeves | 4pk

I got the non-suction ceramic kind for my newly turned 3yo, and I wish I had gotten them a year ago. It's highly recommended for littles who don't purposely turn dishes upside down anymore, but need a little bit of stability (I.e. keeps the bowl steady in one place on the table). I wanted something not silicone, but microwave safe and dishwasher safe, and also a bigger bowl than most toddler bowls out there -- this ticks all of the boxes. This is a generous 18oz size that we will be able to use for a long time, the silicone sleeve slips on and off easily, it's the perfect depth and roundness for easy self feeding. It doesn't smell like our old 100% silicone bowls (which they eventually do due to deterioration) so I'm happy about the ceramic part. I couldn't ask for a better kids' bowl. He can feed himself oatmeal, pasta, rice, soup very easily with this bowl. If there's any improvements that can be made it's better stackability (these stack but take up a lot of room) and spill proof lids, for easy storage in the fridge. I'm more than willing to overlook the cons because these are just so great in every other way. Like I said in the beginning, I wish I had gotten these a year ago!

These Elk and Friends porcelain bowls are such a great find for kids and toddlers. They feel sturdy and high quality, and I love that they’re real porcelain with a removable silicone sleeve for grip and protection. The sleeve helps prevent slipping and makes them easier for little hands to hold. They’re the perfect size for snacks, cereal, yogurt, and small meals. I really appreciate that they’re microwave and dishwasher safe, which makes everyday use so much easier. The bowls clean up well and don’t stain or hold odors like some plastic ones do. Overall, these are a fantastic option if you’re trying to move away from plastic but still need something kid-friendly. Functional, safe, and thoughtfully designed. I’d absolutely buy them again.

We’ve been using Elk and Friends plates, cups, and utensils for years now and love the quality of them. My only complaint is with myself that I didn’t buy these bowls sooner. They are the perfect size for toddler sized portions and easy scooping. They wash well in the dishwasher and the colors are vibrant and fun for the kids. Highly recommend!

We love these bowls. I love the quality and that they are not plastic. The color options are great. I love the silicone slips on the outside to protect the porcelain from breaking. They are light weight so my 1 year old can old them no problem.

We're a solid Elk and Friends household. The only plates my children use are elk and friends ceramic plates with the silicone edges and I knew we needed the bowls to match! They hold a good amount for a toddler so I'm not having to re fill the bowl during meal time. I got the set with the vibrant colors and they're so fun and colorful. The ceramic is really sturdy and non toxic, two of my favorite things. The silicone part can go through the wash, but it does hold water so I tend to separate them and leave them on the counter to dry before putting them away. The ceramic is a nice thickness without being too heavy for a toddler to carry on their own. I LOVE these bowls and will be buying more!

I love that I can feed my kid off of real dishes. We preferred these to silicone, and I wanted to be able to microwave so stainless steel was not an option for us. The colors are cute too!

I really liked these bowls, but deducting one star because of terrible durability. One hit on a coffee table and it chipped. or a drop on the floor and two of the others broke. We (unfortunately) did not have these long (under 4 months) and we're down to 1/4 bowls left. I'd say this type of bowl is appropriate for ages 3.5 and up. They should really remove the "babies" from their description. I love Elk and Friends, but I'll be using their stainless bowls for my under 3 y/o. Despite the above, the size of these bowls is fantastic for toddlers and the non-slip sleeve worked great.

Buy these instead of the horrible plastic or silicone products that will end up tasing like soap!! It looks great, heavy enough not to slip away, good grip without the suction (which let’s be honest just gets in the way), plenty of space for toddlers/kids and offers an easy clean!

These are great! Perfect size and gives you peace of mind that they are not plastic. My daughter loves choosing a different colour sleeve each time. We have accidentally broken a few so be warned they often don’t survive toddlers throwing them on the floor. But I always come back and purchase the same ones as they are the best I’ve found.

Yes, Elk and Friends porcelain bowls are on the pricier side, but they are absolutely worth it especially if you’re trying to move away from plastic for your kids. These bowls are beautifully made and feel incredibly solid and durable. They’ve held up so well through daily use, toddler tosses, and many dishwasher runs. I love that I can serve warm meals in them without worrying about plastic leaching or staining. They’re the perfect size for little ones, and the silicone sleeves add a great layer of protection and grip. It’s such a relief to know my kids are eating out of something safe and high quality.
