Fit great, comfortable, good arch support, good traction, easy to get on and off. I wish I had bought these long long ago. No wonder this style has been around for so long. I use them in the terrain of a hilly yard and they are so perfect. I know, I am very late to this party lol. Finally got sick of tying laces.

I have been wearing Merrell Jungle Mocs for about a dozen years, usually purchased on Amazon. Same for Merrell sandals, Ice Mocs, and winter boots. As much as I love Merrell sandals, the Jungle Mocs are my all-time favorite model of shoe. I have never received a bogus facsimile pair. The Merrells ordered have been genuine Merrells delivered. Pros: practical, excellent complete coverage of the foot, gussets for easy on-off, no "durn" shoe laces hassle, and a good array of colors. They last a long, long time - because Merrell has stayed true to the high quality shoe design and materials. The Merrell Jungle Moc is a perfect example of, "If it ain't broke, don't fix it". If there are any Cons, I haven't unearthed them yet. The Jungle Moc shoe is the most versatile in the extensive Merrell line . This style is all-day comfortable - beyond belief - almost as good as a favorite pair of slippers, but with excellent support for one's arches, warmth for feet outdoors in cold weather, excellent rubberized non-slip soles and heels for crummy weather conditions, and long lasting good appearance. They keep your feet dry in rain, shallow snow, and all varieties of routine wet weather conditions. This model is not a boot, but it does cover the whole foot up to just under the ankle bone. No shoe laces to deal with. Each shoe has two gussets: one on either side, and a fabric loop on the top of the heel end - for the user's ease. My shoe size in shoes, sandals, and boots that aren't congenial with socks is 8 Med. For the Jungle Moc, in order to wear trouser socks or conventional cotton socks, I order size 8. For best comfort with heavy winter socks, I order size 8 1/2 or 9. This has been consistent for years, and it tells me that the company doesn't mess around with "adjustments" to their sizing. When you find your most comfortable Merrell shoe size, it is consistent across different styles, making Merrell Shoes one of the most reliable shoe manufacturers for American consumers. The size 8 of every shoe, sandal, and boot model fits my feet the same way across all product lines. These shoes are excellent for those who are on their feet all day, for those who walk thousands of steps daily, for those who go outdoors frequently in all kinds of weather, for those who can't comfortably tie their shoes (no laces - just gussets!), for those who suffer from swelling feet, as well as for those who want to wear a nice and sporty looking, tasteful, well-designed, well-fitting, safety friendly, "did I say comfortable?" shoe. *The gussets help to maintain comfort and on/off ease for the sufferers of swelling feet. Did I mention Jungle Mocs keep your feet dry in rainy, sleety, snowy conditions - and warm when the wind is howling, the temperature drops to brrr, and the ground is frozen? There is enough shoe between your foot and the cold surface to keep you quite comfortable. Another did I mention... that Merrell Jungle Mocs last forever? I have recycled my oldest sets to wear for dog walking and household chores duty. They still fit and still keep my feet warm, dry, and happy. There is nothing quite as wonderful as comfortable, happy; dry feet. No one paid me to write this review. I just love these shoes and hope they'll do as much for your comfort as has been my own experience.

Ok, these were part of my ongoing and mostly unsuccessful search for comfortable, supportive shoes to wear when I'm on my feet for 12 hours. Someone recommended Merrill. I tried these after the hiking shoes were a big fail. I've never been able to wear tennis shoe style shoes, though, with out suffering plantar & arch pain, even with insoles. These are nice. They are suede, which looks smart but stains easily. Means I had to buy an expensive spray-on suede protectant because I work around bodily fluids. Add fifteen dollars to the purchase price... The design is so comfortable and attractive, I actually bought 3 pairs. As I noted in the Merrill hiking shoe, the arch support is a little weird: that medial bump along the arch seems to be a Merrill thing, but my feet do adjust after a few minutes. Replaced the crappy manufacturers insoles (add another forty bucks). The only thing I don't like is the elastic band that connects the top of the tongue to the main body of the shoe. It feels too tight. I cut those pieces out and find them more comfortable, although I will need to jimmy some kind of support there, as they are now a little loose to rely on them staying on in an active moment. The soles are great, Vikram. Makes the whole shoe more comfortable by absorbing impact. These shoes come in several neutral colors, and I'm pleased with them so far. They were reasonably priced although I did have to spend about fifty dollars in after-market products to make them suitable for me. I sound very picky... I've never had pain in my feet until now, could wear just about anything all day for most of my 54 years on the planet. My feet and ankles are fine, according to my podiatrist... slightly flat feet (nothing new there), a small bit of arthritis in a metatarsal joint - which isn't painful, by the way, and not causing my discomfort. I do notice these shoes take some getting used to, had a few balance bobbles when taking a step back or a pivot. I think that's because I'm used to a boxier clog type of shoe. Takes some getting used to, this shoe shape is quite different. As I was wanting stability in addition to long-wearing comfort and support, I have to take a star off.

I have bought five pairs of this version of Merrelll “Jungle Mocs” and stock piled a few pairs. That is how greatly I love them. The name is not indicative of the beauty and multiple ways to wear these shoes. I have worn them for years until the bottom of the shoe is completely worn out and that takes years of wearing them everywhere and usually everyday seriously. They last for a few years for each pair for me and it’s surprisingly amazing because I put them through the rigors of miles of walking around as usual, strenuous walks with my large dogs every morning, moderate hiking, traveling around the world and just about anything that I wear shoes for. I have worn them with dresses too! Often they are the only shoes that I need and don’t pack any other shoes. I am an active person. They are incredibly comfortable, supportive, with a thick sole, grippy on the bottom and a joy to wear. They are the best made shoes I have encountered. Obviously I am a tremendous fan of these shoes and love them. I have saved and “displayed” my first pair because of the memories that I remember while wearing them. It’s better than any souvenir. Yes, I adore them that much. I know that may sound weird or even crazy but I assure you that they are that special. I have highly recommended them to several people young to mature including my 77 year old active mother with foot issues that were solved by these shoes. I would give them multitudes of stars if that was possible. I recommend them to anyone. Buy them and find out for yourself!

I have several pairs of Merrell hiking shoes and find they fit my long, narrow feet well in a Medium width without slipping. For walking, I go up a half or full size so my toes don’t bump up against the shoe. These are sturdy yet lightweight and have excellent arch support. They required no break in period and were comfortable right out of the box. Merrell is a quality brand and pricey, but in my opinion well worth it.

I ordered my second pair of meryl woman's jungle mock shoes. I ordered off of the same pair I had ordered several years ago. But they sent me a different color shoe than the previous ones that I had received. Because they were not matching with my scrubs i wear at work i had to send them back. We'll have to go through the merrill company to get the color I need. But other than that they are very comfortable, supportive and durable shoe.

My second pair of Jungle Mocs and I love them. Extremely comfortable and hope that Merrell continue to produce them.

My favourite shoes, comfortable and hard wearing. I wear them virtually all the time and they easily last a couple of years and that's with me walking about 100 miles a month. UK stockists seem to only sell black so I was pleased to find another colour available at a sensible price. After this pair arrived I immediately bought the last 2 pairs available in my size.

Arrived before estimated time frame, great fit, looking forward to wearing them to work.
