I loved this corset. It looks great, accentuates my waist, it's comfortable, looks great with the dress I bought it to wear with. The Shape is lovely and compliments my natural shape. Provides some support, holding everything where it needs without pain. The Quality is actually pretty decent, a little flexible and not a stiff as I expected. It's definitely already became a favorite because how much it costs and how much it accentuates me. It's pretty good for the price, good as a Starter for people. Just beware if you have a big chest or broad shoulders(or hips depending on how you put it on) as you'll need to pull it on/off past them. I struggled getting it off past my breasts. Getting it on was easier than getting it off.

I am COMPLETELY IN LOVE with this corset!! For background, I am an experienced corset maker and wearer. I’ve done historic recreation in period costume & full historic corsetry for years, including performing historic dance & doing stage shows as an old west saloon singer. I also like to wear modern corsets under my clothes in my normal life, as I’m an apple shape woman with basically no waist (I’m a 38FF, so my bust is 46”, and my underbust & waist are both 38” & hips are 42”, so boobs aside I have no figure.) This corset is so lightweight & comfortable, you barely know you have it on! I typically never wear corsets against my skin, but always with a thin tank or tshirt under it for comfort, but this one works with or without that. It weighs half of what my other mesh underbust corsets weigh, yet I’m able to achieve the same waist reduction (4-6”, depending how tight I pull). It’s a little harder to get into & out of because there’s no front-opening busk, but that makes it more flexible so I’m able to bend & move much more naturally. Also the stretch in the mesh fabric means it hugs my body better that the top & bottom, so there’s not a hard corset edge there that is sometimes visible under clothes when you bend, sit, etc. I love that it is higher in the back than the front at the top edge, which really helps smooth bra lines / back fat. Also great because I’m not having the problem of it pushing up on my bra’s underwire when I sit, which I have with my other underbust corsets. I love it so much I plan to get a 2nd so I can have two to alternate if I want to wear it daily. My only concern is how it will hold up over time as it is lightweight, but so far so good! Also huge bonus points for it being laced correctly when I opened the package, with Xs!!!!

I’m 5’9”, 215 lbs (I do look smaller than that because it’s a lot of muscle weight because I lift). I’m naturally curvy and usually wear a woman’s XL. My bra size is 34 DD for context. Recently after some stress I’ve gained some weight around my waist, and wanted to fit one of my dresses. It’s an hourglass shape. Bought this and it’s amazing!!! Higher quality than I was expecting! It snatched me into a Hollywood silhouette in 2 seconds! The problem is that the strings aren’t long enough the let it out so it can fit over my curves getting it on. It absolutely wouldn’t fit over my hips, and barely after wiggling for 25 minutes could I pull it down over my chest. Once on, it cinched like a dream! But then, (and this is the unglamorous part) After the party I couldn’t get it up and off. I tried and tried but I was stuck like a like a pickle and a Chinese finger trap. I pushed and tugged and cried and only got it halfway off. Then I was truly stuck. My poor melons were like squished papayas in a fruit bag. Eventually I gave up and called in the the Calvary. My boyfriend came to my rescue and had to pull it off the top of me. even he had trouble! I think if I didn’t have a boyfriend, I’d still be stuck in it to this day. If the laces were designed just a couple inches longer us curvy girls wouldn’t have this problem. HOWEVER, I would highly recommend if you are one of the IBTC!

Love it! I measured before and after and it took 5.5 inches off my waist! As long as you loosen it enough to get it over your bust, it’s easy to get on and off and tighten on your own. I wore this for several hours for an event where I was chasing little kids on and off the stage and running skits and while I don’t think you can ever call a corset “comfortable”, it was definitely comfortable enough to move around and sit as needed. I absolutely recommend and would buy again!

The corset itself is pretty and fits well once it’s on. I ordered an extra small and was able to almost fully close it with the lacing, so sizing isn’t the issue. However, the design makes it extremely difficult to put on and take off. There isn’t enough give or length in the lacing to comfortably get it over your head or shoulders, which turns something simple into a frustrating process. On top of that, the ribbon used for the lacing feels very low quality. It’s thin, fragile, and doesn’t seem durable at all. I feel like it could rip with normal use. Overall, I do like the look and fit of the corset, but the poor design and weak materials make it a hassle to wear. Because of these issues, I ended up returning the product after trying it once.

This corset seems like good quality. For reference, I’m 5’3 and 145 lbs. I got the medium just to be safe and I was able to close it, so I’ll probably return it and get the small so I have room to shrink down my waist over time. It’s really comfy too! I also got the “unique” one and as a big chested girl, I love it! Most of the time corsets go up to my girls and it makes them look weird, so I like that it has that cut out shape for under the breasts. Another thing to note is that it doesn’t have front clasps, so you’ll need to loosen it a lot to be able to get into it and it makes tightening it up a little bit of a pain if you’re new to corsets

I got this to wear for my birthday but ended up going a different route once I tried it on. It was hard to get on. I'm somewhat small, size 5 so imo it shouldn't have been as difficult as it was putting it on. Once on, I couldn't get it very tight, imagine that..so it didn't give the desired hour glass look. The strings to pull it were also not even in length which could have been why it was so hard to loosen..? Some of the strings are way more lose than the others. Not sure it was worth all the trouble. Have yet to try again.

This was as close to a Merry Widow corset as I could get from Amazon for my size. I bought according to my measurements and it does fit, enhancing my hourglass shape for my retro clothing. The ribbons seem secure and strong. The waist tape inside is very key for the shaping. If you want a trainer fit rather than just one that will fully close for smoothing, consider a size down. I removed one star because the mesh can be a little rough or itchy at times, but generally I don't notice it, and I wish there were garter loops. For what it is and does, would buy again.

High quality, much better than I expected based on the reviews! Fiddly and difficult to get on, so I would recommend getting the larger of two sizes if you’re between or close to the upper size. Allow enough time when getting ready to put it on accordingly. Others have complained about this, but there’s really no workaround. So if you’re looking for an easy to get on corset/shape wear, considering your alternatives. The shape it gives me is amazing compared to its alternatives and hence I am happy to spend the time getting it on!! Highly recommend for people like me who have a small waist, and larger hips, and want some shape wear to enhance those curves.

Great product! Well made and does what you need it to do. BUT, you’ll need help getting it off. I actually have stopped wearing mine because getting it off is so anxiety inducing!

This works absolute wonders under a dress! When I received it I thought there was no way it would fit. For my husband to help me get into it and tie it up and this is the best solution I have found to hold in my lower belly pooch and give me an hour glass shape. Also super comfortable on!
