I have given this 4 stars but I have not used it to cook (yet) but I'm trusting it will behave as expected. The thing is I didn't do my research and I never understood the criteria. I bought this not being aware it was a unit that needed the 110W US input requirement and not the UK 240w we have in the UK. It arrived with the US 2-pin plug. A step down transformer was required but I was ignorant and bought a UK 300W and 500W transformer hoping it would work. They both overheated and blew the plug fuses. After some research I found out that the WOK required a transformer that could cover the 600W, the 900W and the 1500W watt inputs which matched the powers setting on the Wok. ... so I bought my 3rd transformer that had an input/output setting of 2000W (£89 UK pounds) to cover the maximum - and now the Wok works with no issues. I was ignorant and I ended up spending £160 UK Pounds on Step up/step down transformers before I learnt this expensive but basic lesson... At least the thing works now... ;-) Don't make my stupid mistake but I do feel rather angry that none of this info was supplied on the store page to start with. Happy Woking. (Why on earth the store page says 6, 9 and 1800 and even here says 9, 15 and 18 and the Wok actually says 6, 9 and 15)

I bought this wok on Amazon’s Uk web site. I have no idea how well it work because it is not dual voltage. It comes with a US-style plug and is not usable at 240 volts. Be warned. It was very expensive once carriage and import duty had been paid and did not, to my eye, look to be very robustly constructed, the control knobs had a very flimsy feel. On the plus side, Amazons return and refund procedure works extremely well.

Good service on dispatch and return. But I wouldn’t recommend until you can buy uk version. Tried 2 transformers with no success

I'm very happy with my Nuwave Induction Wok. It heats up fast we've used it for stir frys and for frying zucchini fritters. Much easier than a deep fryer and it uses a lot less oil. I haven't used the timer functions or the 600 or 900 wattage fetures, but I'm very impressed with it's ease of use.

Excellent product, I was very skeptical in the beginning but just seasoned and cooked using the device. Work as advertised and definitely making my life better! One thing is the response speed to heat, you got to be careful about the temps, since there is no clear indication (compare with flames) of how hot the pan is.

Got this as a gift for my boyfriend (also a gift for me so he cooks for me lol) he LOOOOOVES it. Really great quality and comes with a recipe book

My first time dealing with an induction burner. I've only used this wok setup a few times so I can't speak for the longevity of the unit, but I'm impressed with the results. This heats up fast and worked very well with the dishes I tried. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this induction wok.

Wish it was a little hotter. It works very well but it has a hard time staying hot after ingredients are added.
