Filterbuy 12x36x1 Air Filter MERV 11 Pet & Allergy Defense (2-Pack)

This brand and thickness was suggested by my HVAC installers. It is a perfect size, and fit. After replacing the filter, I can see the amount of dust, etc., that it collected. And I can see why I was told to buy this brand. I bought in bulk rather than individual, it’s much more economical and a better value. No special talent needed. The installation and replacement takes less than a minute.

Filters arrived undamaged :) . The 2 filters were shrunk wrapped together, no cardboard box. The Merv 11 filter had nice constructions and even pleats. I ordered a 2 pack of the 16x25x4 SLIM FIT. My filter cabinet is a smidge less than 4" wide. These slim fit filters fit with a little room to spare. Be sure you know what your filter cabinet size is since a 4 inch wide filter can be wider than 4 inches or narrower than 4 inches. Same thing with the other dimensions. I put these MERV 11 filters in for the canadian widfire fire smoke in north illinois. Normally I use a MERV 8 for more air flow and the Merv 8 works fine for my household. I buy filterbuy filters since the actual dimensions are right on.

These are not 4" wide , they are 3-3/4" the old one setting next to the new one. I have had these for a few months cause I purchased after I installed my last one so Bought these for replacements when needed . Or else Id return them ! I dded duct tape on one side so It doesnt pull air from around the side

Good quality air filters. Not the cheapest but really long lasting with fine airflow and filteration. Make sure to get the right depth but easy to install otherwise

This fits my air purifier with some extra space that I filled with packing foam. On the FilterBuy website this size (12x16x2) is available in MERV13 at a reasonable price ($36USD for two filters), but unfortunately no international shipping and the Amazon price is quite a bit higher at $107CAD ($85USD) for two MERV13 filters.

Quick delivery and perfect for furnace. Not easy to find in local stores so glad amazon had them.
