Really great product! The crust was crunchy and tasty. It held up well with toppings. You need to allow the dough to rise twice for a half an hour. Make sure to make adjustments in your serving time. Great for gluten free individuals! Made 2 large pizzas.

Best GF bread & pizza mix!!
Made homemade pizzas at home with this mix & it was beyond amazing! By far the best gluten free pizza crust I have ever had! It made two whole pizzas and the texture was great! No grittiness or dry flaking! Making bread now & it rose amazingly!

Better Than Any GF Bread You Buy at the Store
I used my bread maker and made cinnamon raisin bread. It turned out better than any GF bread I've purchased at the store. Good flavor, nice consistency, with no holes in the bread like you get with Udi's bread ( more holes than bread and it tastes like cardboard so how do they get so much store space? ). Once I become more confident with bread making, I can use this mix for just about any kind of bread I want. I've tried other prepared bread flours, but so far this is superior.

Great tasting!
