These fit perfectly and have a wide enough toe box for anyone with damaged over-walked and over-danced feet. I wore them on an eight day trip to Zion and Bryce Canyon walking on rocky terrain and they were an excellent buffer to the hostile crags and weird unexpected holes and hollows! The grip was perfect and they weigh next to nothing! I also wore them walking around London and received many compliments from friends and strangers alike, which was unexpected. Comfortable enough to wear in bed! Buy them! One for each foot!

I love these shoes, the tread on these are serious business! I fell 3 times wearing brooks sneakers in the same spot and finally bought these. I give 4 star because the support made my arches ache for 2 days. I ran 10k in the mountains with about 1200 elevation. I know I should give them more break in time, but I’m not hiking every day and these are not every day shoes.

Love these! Bought for Alaska travel. Warm, waterproof, rugged and comfortable. Fits true to size like whatever size running/fitness shoe you wear, but that size. Comfortable from the first wear, did not have to break in. Great soles for walking on rugged terrain. I wore these in snow and icy conditions and my feet stayed warm and dry. My only complaint about these shoes is the lacing system. It’s takes a little getting used to to but once you get it down it’s not so bad. I would buy these shoes again and again.

Update (June 30th Hiked once weekly) I enjoy the confidence these shows give me when traveling down steep inclines and includes with loose gravel. They clean up easily after use and feel like gloves for my feet. Not water proof since there's no rubbery or other material to prevent water entry into the shoes. Ok I've only worn these once since buying them. They took me through mud, up gravel and loam and on asphalt. I like how they seem to hug my feet. I gives me a feeling of confidence and comfort. They look good and feel good. Size are true. Fit is excellent. My arches are well supported.

Der Salomon Sommer-Wanderschuh ist sehr bequem und passt sich dem Fuß hervorragend an. Man hat sofort ein sicheres Gefühl, egal ob auf Waldwegen, Schotter oder anspruchsvollerem Gelände. Die Sohle bietet guten Halt und sorgt auch im Sommer für Stabilität. Der Schuh ist angenehm atmungsaktiv und dadurch ideal für warme Tage. Für Temperaturen bis etwa 15 Grad ist er sehr gut nutzbar, darunter wird es erwartungsgemäß etwas kühl, was aber völlig in Ordnung ist, da er genau dafür nicht gemacht ist. Für Frühling und Sommer ist es ein sehr guter Trekking-Wanderschuh, der Spaß macht und zuverlässig funktioniert. Ich kann ihn bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen und würde ihn jederzeit wieder kaufen.

Very comfy great quality

These shoes are seriously the best! They have amazing traction, especially in muddy conditions. I typically wear a size 9.5-10, but Amazon suggested a size 9. I was a bit hesitant at first, but I'm so happy I followed their advice because the fit is just perfect. I’m definitely recommending it.
