I am the negative comment you are looking for. Don’t fall for the “advanced features” like I did — go for a proper branded product instead. Three out of the four burners developed issues after normal usage. The burners became slightly warped, causing uneven flames and unstable burning. For a gas stove in this price range, the build quality is extremely disappointing. I contacted customer care regarding the issue. The representative told me they were only “quality check” people and that they would arrange a service technician. I provided my email address, home address, and even an alternative mobile number. It has now been more than a week, and nobody has shown up or even followed up. The product quality and after-sales service perfectly match the typical low-quality Indian brands that attract customers with fancy features but deliver unreliable products and poor support. I have purchased many gas stoves of different brands and price ranges for different houses over the years. Even a cheap Rs.1,500 gas stove I bought for my farmhouse is still working perfectly fine. This one cost me more than 10 times that amount, yet performs worse. I am also uploading a video as proof of the burner issue and uneven flame problem. Highly disappointed with both the product and the service experience.
