What's the difference of berberine hcl and the berberine complex?

hi: it looks like the difference is the source of the berberine; the metabolic support offers berberine from the philodendron amurense root. The Berberine complex is from barberry, oregon grape and goldenseal, all herbs. I suppose if you were allergic to one of these herbs, you could choose the root version. Other than that, I cannot say how each offers the best outcome. Chinese medicine has used this as a tool for centuries.

I like this brand

I like this berberine way batter than the other brand I tried. The other brand made me really nauseous and didn’t seem to help food noise/ issues with blood sugar control. Since I have been taking this my blood sugar is more stable and I don’t feel as hungry/ no nausea.
