I love these pads. I dont understand exactly how they work, but they WORK!! after one night of wearing, my foot pain is gone and i sleep much deeper whenever i use them. the only downside is that they make a mess so i wear old socks on top.

Wore these one night and slept better than I had in a long time! I had a cold for a couple of days, coughing, blowing nose, sneezing, low energy and had a very lazy day the day before. Wore these at night and slept almost straight through the night. My legs often twitch at night or I get restless leg syndrome and I did not have to change positions or move my legs at all. I pretty much stayed in one position all night. When I woke up, the right pad was coming off near my arch so it wasn’t as black. There was a smoky smell when I took the pads off and had to rinse my feet off. I will definitely be using these again!

Product burned my feet after only using for a few nights. Over a month later, the skin is still peeling off from where the product burned me. Also, the product is not made in the USA but made in China. Could not use after third time it burned my feet.

They work exactly as described. Great product.

Love these foot detox pads! I feel they really do work by pulling toxins out of your body. I feel my feet tingle shortly after applying. It should also be noted that the largest pores on your body are on the bottom of your feet, so absorption & detoxing happens rather quickly! Highly recommend for their good ingredient usage as well!!

These really are nice, but hard for older persons to put on and remove!

These stick to the feet all night, does not lift or leak. When I wear these my sleep improves tremendously. I'm not fully convinced that what you're seeing on the pads is what comes out of you. I believe it's whatever is in the pads already gets wet (from sweat) and causes that sludge you see. I will continue to use for the sleep benefits though!

wuhoo. foot pads. I have always been wanting to try these. so one day, i saw a video of a person that tried this and so i decided why not. I have always been on a hunt of a great way to make my body feel healthy. it says that it remove toxic waste in the body. im all for that. First of all, it is easy to use. you just wash your feet, stick it to the bottom and then peel it. I saw a black gunk. lol it was gross but hey, if thats all the toxins i have in my body why not. The smell threw me off a little bit. it smells sour. but all natural stuff are stinky anyway. Its tolerable though. so nothing extreme. i did not experience any pain or any kind of discomfort so that is great,
