When I used this for the first time it happened to be core day. I didn’t feel like I was working out. After about 45 min workout I put it away and just figured at least I did some movement for my body that day and I’ll go harder next core day. Holy smokes the next day when I woke up my stomach was so sore. I thought wow. I tried it again that same day but for legs, again the following day I woke up sore. I definitely underestimated this product. It is very lightweight but durable. Has many options in the positions to use that you want to work out. Easy to assemble and disassemble if you want to take it to travel. I would highly recommend for an at home workout staple.

Great work out equipment. Love that it has a bag that holds everything . The only issue with the bag was the thing to keep it closed was broken but other then that great item

I love that I can use it at work on my break time and packs up in a minute to take home in a handy little nylon bag.

It's a good set and has a good quality. Definitely adds more to my at home workout routine.
