Good quality, good price, and does help!
Really like this, and glad it has no saw palmetto, just pumpkin seed oil. Good for women's hormones too! I notice my skin isn't as dry and maybe less hair fall when using this.

Saved Me from Diapers
I have urinary incontinence and was getting to where if I felt the urgency to go to the bathroom, then it was too late and I was dealing with major leakage. It's like there was no warning. Then I read where Pumpkin Seed Oil could help so I purchased these in a last ditch effort and wow! They work! I am now able to lead a normal life of holding it between times to go and getting to the bathroom in time. I take one in the morning and two at night before bed time. It has been a miracle for me!

Wrong item.
Bought these by accident. Was looking for pumpkin seed oil with saw palmetto. They wouldn’t return them. So they’re sitting in my cupboard. They smell ok. Not sure how they taste.

Working my way to 3 a day.
The first week I took only one a day. The second week I’m taking 2 a day. So far body is handling well. I may go to 3 a day next week. It is a bit early to tell if it’s doing any good for hair fall though. I will come back here in 3 months for update They are pretty big, but they go down easy. Update: didn’t agree with my stomach, had to toss them out.
