Can choose an essential vitamin this is third-party testing. I was using it for a couple years. It’s excellent. It also comes in 200 as well as 100.

I have been taking K2-MK 7 for years, but only in capsule form, and 2 capsules a day. The Bronson formula is the equivalent amount of K2, but in a small tablet. The perfect dose in the perfect size!
