Slides through food love this knife feels good in the ham. The handle is very comfortable. The blade is very sharp. I enjoyed so much and I would recommend it.

This knife is amazing cuts everything so well. Very sharp and is easy to clean!

Very sharp be careful
Great knife for cutting meat around the bones, However there is a problem. If you look at the picture there is a area from the blade edge to the handle that kind sticks out. My wife and I have gotten cut from that corner on several occasions. I have ground that corner off.
