What is it made from …and how much realtruffle you find in a jar ?

0% actual truffle. The "natural truffle flavour" is not a part of truffle but a naturally occurring "flavour" similar to that which occurs in truffles...and actually more likely from cabbage - no joke. Not at all 'actual truffle'.

Should this be added during or after cooking?

Can be added during or after cooking. I bought this to season my salads and to scatter it over my cheese on my pasta. Very tasty

What’s shelf life once opened?

Well it’s been about six months. So far so good. That’s all I can say. Except I do find most herbs and spices last almost a year and gradually start loosing it - don’t we all ! Haha

Does the smell leak out from lid?

No it doesn’t. I’ve just checked, the lid is closed band there is absolutely no smell. It’s amazing stuff btw.
