I have loved Bigelow Teas since I was a child. Perfectly Mint (formerly called Plantation Mint) is an excellent mint tea with a strong flavor, whether served hot or iced. It has a refreshing taste, and the Mint is noticeable, so it does not taste like it is barely present. It is reasonably priced, though with flavored teas, you should buy the loose tea because it makes it easier to titrate the strength, especially when the flavor must stand up to ice. Adding simple syrup or another sweetener enhances the mint flavor. For aesthetics and taste, adding a few Mint leaves from the farmer's market or produce aisle a few moments before serving the tea is helpful. Standard cane sugar will not dissolve well when added to cold water. I strongly recommend buying the package of six boxes because this and other Bigelow teas are delicious and addictive( in the best way). I am a fan of Black Teas (especially this one and Constant Comment, which was the tea that started my lifelong love of tea).

This is a Bigelow house now. No others can compare. Flavors are smooth. The Perfectly Mint is a family favorite. I had to subscribe for a 2 week delivery because we go through so much.

This is one of my favorite mint teas because herbal teas tend to be too weak for me. It has the perfect blend of spearmint and black tea. The foil packet also keeps them fresh forever- I found one in an office drawer that I had apparently stashed pre-covid and it was still just as fresh as the new box I use at home.

The tea I received was Black Mint Tea instead, so it wasn’t the variety I was expecting. The Black Mint Tea has a pleasant flavor and good quality, but if you’re specifically looking for the Classic Mint Tea, be aware that the product you receive may be different from what’s pictured. I hope the product listing is updated to clearly show the correct variety.
