Than I talked to customer care and sent it to them with my own courier charges the unlucky thing there is no service center available in the south we have to sent it to Delhi Without operating it the water is leaking and giving abnormal noise This is one of the third class product which I purchased in amazon

The after-sales service is absolutely pathetic. I have been waiting for an engineer visit for more than one month, but they keep fooling me with false promises and excuses. The machine itself is good, but if any problem occurs, you will never get proper service. Even though my machine is still under warranty, they do not care at all. Their so-called service support is nothing but a complete scam.
