Works really great and is a super fair value at the price per dosage. I sleep much better and deeper than before and now get a solid seven hours every night, which before was next to impossible for me. Don't really feel any groginess when waking up.

Good product good price. Before I began taking magnesium glycinate, I had quite severe muscle cramps in my lower extremities on a fairly frequent basis. These cramps were very painful. Honestly, since beginning this regimen, two of these capsules each day, one morning and one evening, I have not had muscle cramps to speak of. It is now a very rare event.

I wouldn’t have believed it. I take a couple of supplements to help me sleeep. A friend told me to take it before I go to bed. Along with the other supplements I’m sleeping longer now. Who knew ?

Seems to be ok and easy to swallow

Just like any other so far! You DO have to take 3 capsules a day for the full serving size but they dont smell or have a weird taste or anything so they're good in my book! Ive only been taking for a month so I havent noticed any crazy differences in fatigue or mood or anything yet.
