Great for relaxing
If you want something different to do than adult colouring this is for you. I am really enjoying this one dot & line colouring book and can recommend.

Anyone can do this age 4 - 104
Great to do while watching tv. I find i have restless hands and need something to do and unlike word or number puzzles you can still follow what is on tv. They work best with dark colours. Love it. The dots are particularly calming and makes beautiful images. My brother has Down Syndrome. He can’t manage the stipes. Please design more books with dots.

Absolutely amazing book
Amazing idea don't know what it's going to be till your halfway through. Helps my anxiety as I have to concentrate on doing the pattern
