Very good product
The media could not be loaded. Both my cat and dog drink from this fountain. I loved the product. I have been using it for 2 months. With a dog it needs frequent refill. Easy to assemble. Very easy to clean

No extra carbon filter,foam filter,filter cleaning brush.
Product is good and silent but their is no extra carbon filter or foam filter provided inspite of being so expensive....their is no filter cleaning brush as well...
