How to connect to my Samsung phone.

I really like this helmet.. my dad and I both got one, and the intercom works, but it’s not very clear, and the sound should be louder. Another complaint is I can’t connect my phone while being connected to his helmet, which is very frustrating. The battery life is great! Hourssss of use betweeen charges. The helmet is mostly comfortable, except for right by my forehead, there’s a spot where there’s pressure for some reason. It’s worse for my dad. There will literally be a red sore spot there after riding for a while. Otherwise, it’s fine. Overall, I’d say it’s a decent helmet for the price, but would really love to be able to connect my phone while using the intercom.

Zero customer support
Absolutely no customer support while trying to adjust fit of helmet. Absolutely no response to exchange gloves that were to small. I tried to contact with both email and through their website I had no option but to return,.

Quality and service
Helmet arrived quickly. Seems of very nice quality the fit is perfect as well. The Bluetooth has a good sound quality haven't linked it to another Helmet yet but playing music works great. I also reached out to their customer service because the gloves that came with did not fit at all and they are sending me the right size for free. The Helmet d9es seem a bit heavier than I would like however Overall very happy with this purchase 10/10 would recommend.
