This is the 3rd time I order this product. I noticed a change in energy and also I noticed a change in my arms hair. It became thinner. the second time I ordered another brand which was less expensive. I didn't work for me at all. No energy and I noticed the hair thicker. I finished the second container because I had already bought it. but didn't feel any improvement. this is going to be the third container from this brand but I feel a lot of improvement specially in energy. I do recommend it.
