Works great. It takes a while to season properly (it causes food to stick initially) but that's a result of stainless steel in general. Fairly simple to clean, and simple to use. Distributes heat well.

Good stainless steel pan for the price. Especially considering there are many other expensive options out there. Heat distribution also ok. Stainless steel has a reputation for being hard to clean.... but if you - a) make sure the pan is hot enough when you start cooking - b) leave to cool down after cooking - c) leave to soak in water after cooking - d) use metal wire balls when washing up... it'll be easy to clean.

Very good pan and quality. You have to relearn how to use a pan but it’s totally worth it. Non stick, easy cleaning.

It’s a lovely product, really weighty, sadly spoilt by a small dent on the (inside) and a tiny gouge again on the (inside) of the pan, had they not been there it would have been 5 stars without a doubt. I won’t be returning it for a replacement as it’s not worth all the aggravation to do so, just a bit disappointing.

I ordered Delarlo 8 inch stainless steel pan last year. It was the best ever stainless steel pan I got till now. So this year I ordered Delarlo 3qt 10 inch sauté pan. After receiving the package I saw the brand name wasn’t written on the pan’s side but only written on the pan’s lid. While brand name is written both on the pan and it’s lid in the website pic. The worst came out after using it first time the oil stains didn’t go in one wash.The quality of the product in first order is different to the quality of second order.

Good for cooking

Great pan for making sauces , the large are helps in reducing sauces such as spaghetti bolognaise or curry etc. The lid saves on splatter. Great pan for the money

You have to assemble it yourself (comes with a spanner and extra hex nuts). It does its job as a small stainless steel pan. It could be thicker but then it would be heavier and take longer to heat/cool down. The sides are relatively high so helps with some splatter.

Stainless is of a heavy, excellent quality, the top fits well, and heat distributes well considering the pan is larger than the large burner. I like that the diameter is same top and bottom, with straight sides, rather than the wok style of small bottom large top diameter. It also comes with a storage bag - I very much appreciate that, as my kitchen is very small and I use the (rarely used) traditional oven as a large pan storage. Note that the long handle has to be attached upon receipt, they provide 2 sets of nuts plus a 2-sided wrench to put those on. At around $35, it surely is very nice and effective.
