Are these not good i just seen alot of reviews saying they came dry if thats the case can you run under water just to get it wet

When used on a babys bum does this clean off with a diaper wipe at the next diaper change?

No it stays for quite a while. It form a barrier and you can tell when it’s gone

So is this like the wipes do you have to wipe it or just wait fir it to dry
