It's a bit flimsy but is lasting well. I've been using it as a chest press bar for clients that can't lay down on a bench, so its taken 15kg each side no problem so far.

Good bar for resistance bands so far
Been using this for a couple of weeks and so far it is fine with the resistance bands I use. I use the fokky brand bands and have used the bar with the purple one which is the second from last heaviest load. Seems sturdy enough when screwed together and like the fact you can use it as a two piece or three piece.
