I have to say, I like this stuff. It’s taken me years to realise I suffer from histamine overload, quite probably MCAS, and this stuff helps massively. It’s one of those things I tried for a while, felt better, stopped taking, wondered why I felt crap, started taking again and felt better. If I feel ‘stressed’ after eating these help a lot, although I tend to take with food regardless now. Likewise in the night if you have sweats and high heart rate, these sort it out within about 20 minutes. Ultimately if you suffer from histamine issues, these will help you, if you don’t, they won’t. If they don’t work for you, don’t blame the product, you just don’t have a histamine problem, and I envy you.

I have histamine intolerance and these really help me if taken 20 minutes in advance of eating something fermented (soy sauce, kimchi, wine, etc)

This helped me a lot when my body was struggling to produce this enzyme post treatment that affected my gut.

Expensive for something that actually didn't do what they're meant to unfortunately for me.

Very good supplement and definitely works. However, I don't like the fact that you can't see how many tablets are left in the dispenser. The dispenser should have a transparent plastic back (or customers should also be able to buy these in blister packs).

Great for reducing histamine in foods. My croaky throat is much better and mucus levels are down. This really works!

Apart from not helping the problem with histamine it gave me a bad rash and severe headache , do not buy

Har testat några veckor och det verkar ge ett visst resultat när jag samtidigt tänker mer på vad jag äter. Om jag envisas med att äta histaminrika livsmedel får jag fortfarande en reaktion men den känns kortare och inte lika kraftigt. Kommer fortsätta använda det i ett par månader till för att bättre kunna utvärdera om det verkligen hjälper.

Consigliato per chi soffre di intolleranza all'istamina, sia dovuta alla mancanza di DAO ma anche a chi soffre di colon irritabile, sibo, leaky gut e chi ha problemi di stress (il cortisolo alto influisce sull'istamina)

Ma digestion s'est beaucoup améliorée, je n'ai pratiquement aucune réaction aux repas. Manger me donne une certaine tranquillité d'esprit lorsque je prends l'enzyme qui m'aide à digérer ce que mon corps rejette.
