Is liquid quinol and soft gels the same?

I know they are the same dosage --- 1000mg per dose. I believe they are similar except that one is a liquid and one a soft gel capsule or pill. I bought and take the liquid. Just my personal preference. Don't know if this answered your question or helped you at all.

Seems to work, tastes good… maybe even helped my plantar fasciitis

I’m not sure if my plantar fasciitis improved on its own or because of this turmeric, but I’ll give it the benefit of the doubt. The taste is good, and it’s easy to take.That said, it is a bit pricey for turmeric.Still, if you’re looking for joint support, it’s worth a try.

Relief for all of my joint pain.

I use turmeric for arthritic joint pain and the liquid works so much better than the tablets. I hate to go without it
