Whooo what can I say. Stronger than other protein shots I’ve been taking. Thicker too. But it does the job.

Healthy energy boost
Mixed with cold water. Taste is doable. Felt a natural burst of energy which is even better being it came without sugar or caffeine. Price seems high but in reality its comparable. Will be buying again. I am 9 years post gastric bypass and this is an awesome addition to helping get the correct amount of protein without sugar. Will update later. Update. 2-6-20 I keep the protein at room temperature, comes out easier, mixes easily with a bottled water. Noticed after vigorous physical activity that my muscles were not as sore the next day compared to not taking protein. Easy way to get healthy protein with no sugar. I do one every other day. Expense still bites a bit, but the benefits of doing something good for myself outweigh the cost.

Excellent supplement—no mixing.
40 grams if protein and flavor. Does not upset stomach! Compact to carry in cargo pants pocket. It replaces a product that has not been available for months—great discovery.

Taste is fine but it's way too thick!! Its like trying to swallow toothpaste!

Tasty, but thick *snicker*
Flavor is good. Much thicker consistency than I was expecting (I was expecting New Whey/cough syrup consistency). Difficult to get out of the bottle.
