Brilliant
So my son is autistic and only eats certain foods (dry ) apart from chocolate spread on his toast in the morning and only drinks water. Alot of people have left reviews about the sprinkles ( power ) not dissolving in liquid, this is true as I tried with water but it does clearly state on the box mix with SEMI SOLID food so things like yougart , butter , spreads , sauce ect . My son has this on his toast every morning with his chocolate spread and it mixes in very well , he does not notice the difference at all and is a fantastic way of giving him his vitamins with no fuss or interference with his food colour/ Texture and it clearly has no taste . Highly recommended product and will keep buying.

Fantastic for children with highten sensitivity to foods
Fantastic my daughter has autism and is very particular about her food. She notices if something smells or tastes different and refuses it. I put this in her yoghurt, she doesn't know and eats it just as fast. So I would recommend if you are struggling with getting vitamins into your child's diet.

There is a noticeable taste
While this product is incredibly useful for my autistic child with extreme picky eating. I do have to faff about putting tiny quantities of powder into his food throughout the day. If I put the whole sachet into his butter or yogurt, there is a noticeable difference in taste. Even I find it disgusting. Maybe I have very sensitive tasetbubs. However, it's been overall beneficial for my son, even if it's in small quantities, at least I know he's getting some multivitamins.

Brilliant for any child with a picky diet
My autistic son is really picky and lives off chicken nuggets and yogurts the sachets sprinkled into yogurts reassures me that he gets his vitamins and minerals he needs day to day and reduces that awful mum guilt of his rubbish diet. Fed is best but knowing he also needs vitamins these sachets are great he doesn’t notice any difference in taste or texture and they dissolve well in the yogurt when mixed in very happy with this product.

Great option for picky eaters
This is a good option available for kids who are unable or unwilling to take multivitamin gummies or liquids. I mixed it into porridge and didn't notice any difference to the taste or texture. It's got a good range of multivitamins and minerals, but unfortunately doesn't have any: Vitamin K, Biotin, Choline, Chromium, Inositol or Pantothenic Acid (B5).

Sprinkle on everything
Great to hide in liquid or semiliquid foods for kids

Could be detected in various foods
Unfortunately anytime I tried this in food my child commented that the food “tasted funny” so despite claiming not to alter the taste of the food this was not the case for my child.
