Very bad product. It did not work at all , even once. The gasket , the pump and the entire set up are defective that there is no vacuum creation and so no sucking of water. I tried so many times to call and make a complaint to return , but there was no response . Even now i have this piece, new but useless. Waste of money

Very poor quality. The pipe extensions provided to fit inside the can, broke as soon as I tried to connect them. Plastic may also leach into water. Such poor quality. Do not buy

The dispenser is not working when I fixed it to the 20 litre water can. When I pressed it to pump water from it it’s not working.I thought it’ll pump water just by touching it instead of pressing it continuously.I have to keep on pressing it.I’m a senior citizen .Find it difficult to do that.So I would like to return it and get the refund. The three tubes supplied are of the same size.In the picture the upper tube is longer ,then the middle tube and the lower tube each different in size.Anyway it’s hard for me to press it and pump the water as I’m 80.So please get back the product and refund the money.
