Zinc Picolinate works for me.
I had a watery semen and when I searched in google for lack of zinc is the issue. In amazon this was there I purchased and now its OK. This is just a feedback, not advocating as a solution. Consult your doctor before consuming Zinc supplements.

Really good product, I was suffering from cystic acne and inflammation in my body and after taking in regularly for 1 month the results were really good my acne frequency reduced and the inflammation in my body also decreased. On to my second bottle now will definitely recommend it, a good zinc supplement it is and does it job very well.

Dangerous !!
PLEASE DO NOT buy this product . Within two days of starting to take this my mother and I both started having itchy rashes all over the body and indigestion and disorientation . After doing much research I found out that zinc and copper should never be taken together . This product is a complex of zinc picolinate and copper gluconate which is harmful . They always have to be taken two hours apart to be absorbed properly .
