Not 100% peppermint oil?
I've used food grade peppermint oil for years. Couldn't get my normal brand so chose this one. Looked promising, however, the smell is very unpleasant with a faint hint of peppermint, so unfortunately, I don't trust it so I won't be using it.

Perfect
I ordered this product due to a rat that got into my car and did $6200.00 worth of damage. Since using this product I have not seen any more signs for rats or mice.

Great oil
Great oil. I use the oil for cleaning and also I use it for headaches, just take a very small drop and rub on forehead, it’s great.
